6VW - Dog Deregistration
The dog owner must report any changes regarding ownership or the death of the dog to the veterinary organization within seven days of the change and provide the appropriate document. If the dog is sold abroad, the owner must deregister the dog before export.
In the event of the dog's escape or death, the owner must provide the passport and the owner's statement about the dog's deregistration in the Central Dog Register.
Printout 6VW - Dog Deregistration shows the written deregistration of the dog from the CRP. The printout is available on theform Printout of owners and animals, by clicking the button
(Printouts) in the toolbar.

Below, we have prepared a user example of the dog's deregistration printout in the CRP (form).

CASE DESCRIPTION
The dog owner, Julija Grifon, called the reception and reported that her dog Buddy has been missing or escaped for more than 3 months. The receptionist will print the dog's deregistration in the CRP (form). This is done through the following steps:

1. Window Printout of owners and animals
The responsible person wants to Codebook of owners and animals print the dog's deregistration for the owner Julija Grifon.
Access the codebook through the menu Veterinary | Codebooks | Codebook of owners and animals.
Open the form Search owners and animals using the key combination CTRL + F or by clicking the button
(Search).
In the field Search string enter: julija. Once positioned, click the button Select.

The Codebook of owners and animals opens on the record of the selected animal owner.
In the tab Dogs edit the data about the dog's deregistration as shown in the image below.

In the toolbar click the button
(Printouts).
The window Printout of owners and animalsopens.

In the section Criteria the field Owner: Julija Grifon is automatically filled.
The fields Animal ID and Nameare also automatically filled. In our case, they are filled with the data about the dog Buddy.

TIP
The fields Animal ID and Name are automatically filled with the data of the first entered animal. If the owner has multiple animals registered, these can be selected from the dropdown menu in the mentioned fields.

Continue by selecting the type of printout.
2. Type of printout
They want to print the dog's deregistration.
In the section Type of printout the responsible person opens the tab Animals | Dog Deregistration and clicks or selects the type of printout: 6VW - Dog Deregistration (as shown in the image below).

Continue with the printout.
3. Printout Dog Deregistration
The responsible person opens the printout preview by double-clicking the selected type of printout or by selecting the type of printout and clicking the button
(Print).
The program opens the printout window for the selected printout: 6VW - Dog Deregistration.

On the printout, the reason for deregistration and the animal's data are automatically marked, and the owner only needs to sign the deregistration manually.
