 - Setting up Employee Files

When accounting for part-time salary, set part-time option employment relationship in Position/Salary l Salary Parameters in Employee Files.

Double click the Empl. Relationship field to open Employment Relationships and set part-time working hours.
In this case the working hours are calculated according to the following formula: that is, days of employment of the insurer (period of insurance) will be multiplied with weekly working hours (data entered in Position) and the result is then divided by weekly working hours of the person liable for contribution (data entered in Program Parameters in Administration Panel). This is then divided by 30 to get the period in months and days.

Required/Week

Set Required/Week to track working hours for part-time employees.  You can track working hours on a weekly basis in Employee Files and for position in order not to duplicate positions of employment. Working hours and subsequently that are entered in the absence calendar are calculated according to the information entered in this field. Part-time working hours are obtained from this field. However, if the field is empty the information is obtained from position. The information from the Working Hours per Week is copied to the Required/Week field when any other value is selected in the Empl. Relationship field.

Enter variable #WOB# in the formula in Earnings Types.

When tracking working hours requirement on a weekly basis for position, enter Required/Week in Positions of Employment.
The data is important when calculating length of service for part-time employment and employment with other employer. It checks Working Hours per Week in the Administration Panel.

- Setting up Program Parameters in Administration Panel

For person liable for contributions enter regular working hours in the Working Hours per Week field in Personnel | General in Program Parameters.

     - Accounting for Part-time Salary for Period 2019-09

   - Create Payment Orders

Working Hours Records

The employer is obliged to keep records of working hours in accordance with Article 13. of the Labour and Social Security Registers Act(ZEPDSV), the Official Gazette 40/2006 Print it using report 3DA - Overview of Working Hours Use.
