In the Paragraph 3 of the Article 137 of the Employment Relationship Act it is set, employer is to pay from its own resources allowances in cases of incapability from work, because of diseases or injuries outside work, up to 30 days for each single absence from work, only up to 120 working days of the calendar year. Pay allowance from the day 121 are borne by the mandatory health insurance.

In the Paragraph 4 of the Article 137 of the Employment Relationship Act is set, if there are two or more consecutive absences up to 30 days, because of the same disease or injury outside work, and the time between the absences is less than 10 working days, pay allowance of the employer for the absence after less than 10 working days is borne by the health insurance.

According to Paragraph 8 of the Artcle 137 of the Employment Relationship Act, the pay allowance of the employee because of disease or injury outside of work, borne by the employer, is 80% of the employee's salary in the previous month.
