Calendar

In panel Calendar from module Settings you can assign tasks and set calendar dates. The following topics are included:

In Calendar Entry Types you can manage calendar entry types for different calendars:
1. Absence Calendars

Set the following when creating an absence calendar:

Enter any absence ID. This ID and earnings type ID can be different. |
| Name |
Enter a short description. |
| ET |
Enter or select an earnings type.
The following message is returned if you haven't checked Active for earnings type:
Entered value is not on the list.

| To Records |
Make it default ET to transfer into Record in Personnel Map. |
| Work on public holidays |
Marked if the ET is as default used for work on public holiday. |
| Max. days absent |
The number of maximum number of days absent. |

Document type relevant for the ET. |
| Icon |
Select the icon that will be displayed for records in Pantheon Web and PANTHEON Granules. |
| Active |
The Active checkbox indicates whether a calendar entry type is active. If selected, the calendar entry type is active; if not, it is inactive. |
In addition, you have to set color of individual absence type. That is, you have to set specific background color.
2. Absence Calendars (Employees)

Set the following when creating an absence calendar:

Enter any absence ID. This ID and earnings type ID can be different. |

Enter a short description. |

Enter or select an earnings type.
The following message is returned if you haven't checked Active for earnings type:
Entered value is not on the list.

Set the following when creating a working hours calendar:

Enter any ID which cannot exceed three characters (e.g. MAL, RED, NAD, etc.).

Enter a short description (e.g. Absence - Business, Lunch Break, Overtime, etc.).

Enter or select an earnings type.
The following message is returned if you haven't checked Active for earnings type:

|
Set color of planned time required for an individual task.
|

Text/Actual
|
Set color of actual time required for completion of an individual task.

Operation
|
In this field we select what those this earning type do. We have tree options from which we can choose:
- None: For example, hours for private exit are not teken into account.
- Add: For example, meals are added to the total hours
- Subtract: For example unauthorized overtime hours are subtracted.

From Home
|
We confirm the checkbox if the selected earning type is for record working From Home.

First you have to select Company (holidays, etc.) on the right. |
| Category |
Enter any ID which cannot exceed three characters (e.g. DPD, PRA, etc.). |
| Name |
Enter a short description, e.g. Public holiday. |
| ET |
Enter or select an earnings type.
The following message is returned if you haven't checked Active for earnings type:
Entered value is not on the list.

First you have to select Travel Management on the right. |

Enter any ID which cannot exceed three characters (e.g. POT). |
| Name |
Enter a short description, e.g. Trip. |
| Background/Planned |
Set color to represent absence as recorded in trip forms. |
| Text/Actual |
Set color to represent absence as recorded in trip forms. |
| Icon |
Select the icon that will be displayed for records in Pantheon Web and PANTHEON Granules. |
| Active |
The Active checkbox indicates whether a calendar entry type is active. If selected, the calendar entry type is active; if not, it is inactive. |
