The person responsible opens a new POS receipt by opening the menu Goods | Issue | POS | 3200 – POS retail. Clicking the Insert record button in the toolbar creates empty fields for data entry.
The same is achieved by clicking the New Receipt | F9 button, as shown in the image below.

On the left side of the panel, the person responsible defines data from the dropdown list following these steps:
- Customer – selects a customer from the list,
- Card – only selects if a loyalty card had been created and activated earlier,
- Item – selects an item from the list,
- Name (the name will be filled in automatically when the item is entered).

Data about the item is filled in automatically, but can be changed if needed.
In this case, the person responsible inserts the Quantity 3,00.

Once the person responsible has finished adding items and other data, the data must be reviewed and, if necessary, corrected before POS invoice payment. After checking, the person responsible confirms the receipt by clicking the Save button in the toolbar.
The POS invoice is now ready for payment. The person responsible clickc the Invoice Payment button, which opens the payment window.

The person responsible selects one of the various payment methods:
- Cash POS
- Tourist voucher
- Cash - Euro
- Travel expense prepayment
- Travel expense refund
- VAT refund
- Credit
- Standing order
- Payment card etc.
In this case, the customer has paid by Cash POS as a one-time payment, as shown in the image below.
In order to successfully close the invoice, the payments must be spread over the value of the issued invoice or greater.

At the end, the responsible person clicks the Close Receipt button.
After selecting the payment method, the person responsible moves on to printing by clicking the Print button.

The person responsible can choose between five different paper formats to print on by right-clicking the mouse.
In this case, the selected format is 857 – Receipt.

By clicking the Print button, the receipt is tax-confirmed and ready to print.
