Deactivating Unused Criteria

Deactivating Unused Criteria

         

If you do not use a certain report criteria in the template you can simply deactivate it in Edit template window (Set Object Values - Visible checkbox). This way, to enter and change other report criteria is easier and more transparent.

To proceed with the example from chapter Save current as template:

  • Select the current template to defined used report criteria;
  • From taskbar | Templates menu select Save current as template;
  • Deactivate all criteria that you do not require in the report, uncheck the Visible box (Set Object Values).

When you will use this template (select from the Templates menu), only criteria you use for this report will appear.
