Settings for prefetched Datalab Dashboards

For prefetched dashboards Customer Locations and Consignee locations start year has to be entered for the overview of transactions with our buyers and suppliers. Dashboards will display data only for clients with existing transactions in that period.

 

For prefetched dashboards Quick Overview and Receivables Overview there is option that last known exchange rate will be used for recalculations into new primary currency. If this exhange rate is not entered than the date of document will be used to search exchange rate. For proper functionality the Central bank exchange rate has to be entered.

000001.gif Users of Pantheon™ that had to change primary currency in program, should have this option checked. Other users do not.

 

For prefetched dashboard report Operations report - monthly there is option to set document type for received cost invoices, whitch influences the display of element Received invoices for Top 20 Subjects. Default document type is 120.
