Family Members
Family Members
You can use the Family Members panel for tracking data about employees' family members.
Entries in the Family Members section are displayed in lines. You can use the table for a quick overview of entered family members.

If you in the Family Members section of Employee files click the No. field a special Income Tax Periods table will, to which you can transfer periods for the tax relief through the Copy relief function.
Period From |
In this field you can the period from which on a family member is a dependent member (Income report). |
Period To |
In this field you can enter the period to which a family member is a dependent member (Income report). |
Mark of Dependent Family Member |
In this field you can select from the drop-down list one of predefined marks for family members (Income reports). |
In the General part of the Family Members panel you can track following data about the employee's family members:

Last Name
|
In this field you can enter the last name of the family member.

Name
|
In this field you can enter the name of the family member.
|
Nat. ID No.
|
In this field you can enter the national identification number of the family member.
|
Date of Birth
|
In this field you can select from the calendar the date of birth of the family member
|
Tax Number
|
In this field you can enter the Tax number of the employee's family member. The program has integrated checks of the Tax number. If you enter an incorrect number, the program will report an error. If you enter a number that was already entered to another employee, the program will report an error and will not allow to enter the same number twice.

If you do not enter the tax number to the family member, this family member will not appear in the Income report | Overview | Dependent Family Members tab.

Place of Birth
|
In this field you can enter place of birth of the family member.
|
Relation
|
In this field you can select from the drop-down menu the type of relation in which a family member is towards the employee. This ID of the relation will be used in M-DC forms.

Sex
|
In this field you can select from the drop-down menu the sex of the employee's family member.
|
Name at Birth
|
In this field you can enter name at birth of the family member, if it is differnt from current.
|
Citizenship
|
In this field you can select from the lookup list the citizenship of the employee's family member.
|
Insured Until
|
In this field you can select from the calendar the date till when a family member is insured, provided a family member is insured by the employee.

Insurance No.
|
In this field you can enter insurance number of the family member.
|
Enrollment Certificate
|
In this field you can enter the date till when the enrollment certificate of the family member is valid. You must enter only children that are older than 18 years, are studying and have in the Relation field selected the Child option.

Temp. Residence From -To
|
in this field you can enter the date from which and to which a temporary residence is valid. You can define these fields if a family member is a foreigner with a permanent residence in another country and has a residence permit for a temporary living in the Republic of Slovenia that is longer than three months.

Dependent
|
If you select the Dependent option, the family member is dependent from the employee. Dependent family members are used in the calculation of deductions by the Executions of Judgments in Civil Matters and Insurance of Claims Act.

Single Parent
|
If you select the Lone Parent option, the employee is a lone parent.
|
Permanent Residence/Temporary Residence
(The program will automatically transfer data from the employee, but you can change it afterwards if required)

Address |
In this field you can enter the address of the family member's residence (street and house number). |
Postal Area/(Place) |
In this field you can select from the lookup list the postal area of the family member's residence. The program will enter the place of the postal area automatically. |
Municipality |
In the this field you can select from the lookup list the municipality of the family member's residence. |
Country |
In this field you can select from the lookup list the country of the family member's residence. |
