Subject Reports

Subject Reports

Clicking the report 46570.jpg button in the taskbar of Subjects register displays all subjects reports:

Narrow down selection by entering criteria. If you leave the fields empty, all records will be included in the report. You can specify various criteria. They will be described in detail in follow-up.

Criteria for: Payer, Customer Type and Supplier Type also have multi select option possible. Empty selection is possible:.

Example: generating report for all Subjects details that don't have a Payer, Customer Type or Supplier Type. 

 

Report Type On the right-hand side select a report type offering you specific criteria:

In addition you can set custom fields and further narrow selection (for more information see Custom Fields).

  • Left-click the report icon to open a report type menu. It can also be accessed in the report form (see report list) and select a report.
  • You can also open report window by double-clicking a report.
  • Or, select a report and click the report button.

000001.gif Recordsets of all subject reports contain the acName2 in acName3 fields enabling you to create reports by Name 2 and Name 3.
