Report window

The report window previews the data you want to print with your selected printer, export to any format, send to documentation, etc.

 

You can also set the report preview to full screen. The shortcut is Alt + F11, and you can exit using the Esc (Escape) button.

Entering data into the report window is not possible.

The window is primarily intended for a screen preview of reports, before you decide what to do with the report.

The report window contains:

1. The name of the report type from the Reports register.
2. Opens the menu for setting up and selecting a printer. Shortcut: Ctr l+ P.
3. Direct printing without opening the printer set-up window. Shortcut: F7.

Setting up the printer for the report. The setting applies at the user level. The program first checks the printer setting at the user level. If this setting is empty or set to the default printer, then the printer setting at the database level set in the Reports register is checked.

5. Opens a window for selecting the report type from disk (.fp3 format).
6. Transfer to different format types: PDF, HTML, Excel table (OLE), Excel table (XML), RTF, BMP, JPEG, TIFF, Gif, Text, CSV, Email, Text (matrix printer).
7. Exports the report to PDF format.
8. Exports the report to Word format.
9. Exports the report to Excel format.
10. Exports the report to Excel format (easy).
11. Settings for raw export to Excel.
12. Sending the file via e-mail. Clicking the icon will open the Send by e-mail form. The program automatically generates an attachment – the report in the *.rtf format. The default sender and server for the email is entered into Program parameters | Internet.
