Linked Events
A linked event means that, for whatever reason, we have created a new incident on top of an existing incident.
To solve the issue, we would like to emphasize that an incident about this topic has already been created, or perhaps we want to pick up the debate where it ended in a previous incident.
Typically, a linked event needs to be opened when the answer to an incident can no longer be forwarded, because the incident has already been closed.
If the incident report was created using the Add event with reference 
function, a reference to the linked event will be added to the Linked events panel of the newly created incident. The linked event is the event that was active when this function was selected.
