Merging work orders can be started by selecting Merge WO in Process Work Orders.

You can merge only those work orders which are assigned one of the following statuses P - Planned O - Open, I - Reserved, R - Released. Reversed work orders will not be considered.

 

Merging work orders of R - Released status can only be possible if you UNCHECK Change WO Status to »Released« Only After Documentation Printed in  (Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Manufacturing | Work Orders). Otherwise released status is not displayed. 

 

Merging work orders of I - Reserved can only be possible if you CHECKED Hard Allocation of Work Orders in (Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Goods | General). Otherwise, reserved status is not displayed.
