Miscellaneous

The Miscellaneous tab allows you to define user settings for searching by subject ID, define the custom email message template for the user, the interval for checking tasks as well as an option for displaying unread tasks at startup and the level of Superior. Here you can modify the settings to match specific user requirements.
The form can be accessed by clicking the individual user on the Users panel in Administration Panel and selecting the Personal settings tab.

The form is made up of certain elements, which are described below.
In this section, you can set the use of external IDs and default text to be displayed in email messages sent by the user.
- settings for Read External IDs and Show External IDs are imported from General Items Settings.
- enable if you want to use current settings from a User. Otherwise settings from General Items Settings are used.

- With a double click in E-Mail Template Text field, Text editor form is opened.

Employee Files

If checked ( ), the user can see data in Employee Files. |

Level |
This field is visible when the checkbox next to the above field is checked. From the drom-down list, select a level of employees, whose data the user can see. The following options are available:
