Subscriptions

On the tab Subscriptions of the panel Installation all your active subscriptions to eBusiness services and their data are displayed.
The functionality is accessed via the menu Settings | Program | Administration Panel, and by selecting the tab Versions/Upgrades | Installation.
In the tab you can order new services and refresh them and create a local PA DMS database (for users of the service Local eDocumentation).

The Subscriptions tab contains the following elements:
Create PA DMS database

By clicking on this button you can create local PANTHEON DMS database for storing documentation.

WARNING
This button is active if you have activated the service Local eDocumentation and the local documentation database has not yet been created.

Download subscriptions
|
By clicking on this button, we update the list of subscriptions or in PANTHEON we activate the services that we ordered on PANTHEON user pages.

eBusiness
|
Names of activated eBusiness services are listed in the column.
|
Package Qty
|
The column shows the number of ordered packages for each eBusiness service.
|
GB/document Qty
|
The column shows the leased space in GB or the number of leased documents.
|
Usage (GB/document)
|
The column shows the used space in GB or the used number of leased documents.
|
Order additional e-Services
|
The button serves as a link to PANTHEON user pages where you can order additional eBusiness services.
