Balance in My records

The footer in My records displays the data about annual leave of an employee and the total balance of the work records for a desired period (e.g. the current month).

The fields with the data about an employee's leave are:
Assigned leave
|
The number of assigned leave days of an employee for the current year, including the possible remaining leave from the previous year. Leave is sorted in the Work records | Leave menu.

Used leave
|
The number of used leave days.
By hovering the mouse above the information icon , leave according to the following options appears:
- Planned leave – shows leave which is already entered into the absence calendar. It is later than the current date and unused; e.g., the current date is 20.11.2023, and the leave is entered from 11. until 15.12.2023 (5 days);
- Already-used leave – displays leave which has already been used by the employee; e.g., the current date is 20.11.2023, but the leave is entered from 7. until 16.8.2023 (8 days);
- Total used leave – the total planned and already-used leave.

Remaining leave

The number of remaining leave days.

The balance of the work records shows data:
Planned
|
The amount of planned working hours for a selected period (e.g. the current month including the current day). Work planned with the Work Schedule in Settings | Work records.

Actual
|
The amount of actually completed working hours for a selected period (e.g., the current month including the finished obligations for the current day). It also counts overtime, private exits, and other private obligations, which are not counted as working hours.

Accounted
|
the amount of accounted working hours for a selected period (e.g., the current month including the completed obligations for the current day): It includes regular work, the maximum allowed lunch break time, work-related exits and other work-related obligations.
The account of working hours is edited with time intervals and Work obligations settings in Settings | Work records.

Balance
|
The balance of the working hours for a selected period (e.g., the current month including the completed obligations for the current day): positive or negative, depending on the completed overtime.
