Tasks

The list of tasks is located in the Documents and tasks module. You can access it from the main menu of via the shortcut in the Documentation submodule. In Tasks, you can find both finished and unfinished (customer) requests.

In the header, you can search for tasks by all the data in the columns. In addition to searching, you can also sort or filter tasks by task type and by period.
The list enables sorting documents and filtering them by condition in the following columns:
Task

Clicking on an individual task, a workflow is started with a specific task that a user has to complete. A window opens where the task can be completed according to the assigned task.

User |
Name of the user to whom the task has been assigned. Depending on the authorizations, each user can only see their own tasks. |
Comment |
A short comment or note that the validator wishes to report to the next validator. |
Amount due |
When confirming invoices or documents where amounts are also relevant and the amount is a mandatory detail on the classification, the amount of the document is displayed here. |

The data is represented in an image format as a cross if the task is not yet completed, and as a tick if the task is completed. |
