Payment Orders
In the Payment Orders panel you can create payment orders and check the already created payment orders.

We can create Payment Orders for different Document Types according to the chosen criteria.

We can choose the following criteria:
Document Type |
From the lookup list you can select the document type of the pay slip, for the new or existing payslip. |
Period |
The period for which you would like to create payment orders (year and month). |
Payout Date |
The payout date of income types. |
Calculated on |
The date the earnings are calculated on. |
Tax Date |
The date of the tax calculation. |

By clicking this button the results of the search criteria entered in the above fields are shown. |

Payrolls seen in the Payrolls table depend on the entered criteria. We can see the following fields:
Company |
The name of the company for the payroll. |
Database |
Database name of the payroll. |
Key |
Pay Slip number. |
Payout Date |
The payout date of income types. |
Calculated on |
The date the earnings are calculated on. |
Tax Date |
The date of the tax calculation. |
Finished |
This check box is enabled if the payroll is marked as finished. |

Diff. to Min. Salary |
This check box is enabled if this option is enabled in the payroll. |

Company |
The name of the company for the payroll. |
Database |
Database name of the payroll. |
Reg. No. |
It is an internal employee registration number in your company. |
Employee |
Name of the employee. |
Phase |
The phase of creation of a payment order at which an error occurred. |
ET |
The earnings type at which an error occurred. |
Context |
IRIS Number of an error. |
Error |
Description of an error. |
Level |
Specified if it is a warning or an error. |
After selection of criteria, we click on the Create button for the Payment Orders to create. The program will create payment orders for the payment of salaries, contributions and credits.

Next to Payment Orders tab is SEPA.

5.1. Export
From Account |
We select the number of account from which we would like to do the payment. By default is the companies account. |
Packet Number |
Sequential number of package is written, which is mandatory data for Export of SEPA. |
File |
The path to which we will save the file (xml) that we will import into the online bank. |
5.2. Merge Payment Orders with the Same
Possibility to merge payment orders by Target Account, Reference CR, and Purpose Code.
The window has two tabs:

Transactions (data, that will be/are written in xml).
