3. Values of Variables

a) in Payroll Preparation

Enter corresponding values of variables from Payroll preparation in specific payroll preparation form which can be accessed in Personnel | PayrollPayroll Preparation.

b) Variable Razred

To enter value in the Factor field, open Settings l Personnel l Payroll l Salary Grades. Reference value in Factor field using variable #Razred#.

c) Variable Dnevnica

Enter value in the Amount field in Personnel | Travel Management | Trips | Trip | Travel. To reference the corresponding value use variable #Dnevnica#. It returns the amount of daily allowances from trip form.

The variable Dnevnica is tied to the Employee's position not only to the Payroll period.  This is important for salary calculation because, the employee may switch the position multiple times during the Payroll period.
