Plan - Creating
Plan is consisted of three parts:
- General
- Plan
- Other
General

Here we have tree options to choose for the plan:
- Open (automatically set when creating plan)
- Closed (manually changed, no automatic links to other planning forms yet); when last plan order within plan gets Work order, plan status becomes automatically closed.
- Crop- rotation (no additional links to other planning forms yet)

The number of Plan within which Plan orders could be created.
Plan ID is defined according to Planned start date (start year) and module where Plan is created (CP for CropPlan, GP for GrassPlan) and sequential number.

a) Creating Main and Sub-plans
It is enabled to compose Plan according to different Farm managements orientation, by creating Main plan with Subplans. Such Main plan is consisted of more Sub-plans, for example according to:
- locations (West, South, East;.. ),
- starting years (2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, …),
- plant types (only cereals, catch crops, sillage corn, …). Main plan will summarize Crops types and Crops areas within all assigned Sub-plans
- farming type ( organic, conventional, ..)
Main plan rules:
- After creating Plan, followed by adding any Field to this Plan, it is not possible to add any Sub-plans. Main plan is created
- When creating Sub-plans within Main plan, no editing of Main plan is enabled. Editing is possible only via assigned sub-plans.
