In the Preferences box you select which criteria will be used in running analysis.
They are the following:
Sort
Here you can select between:
- sorting in descending order
- sorting in ascending order
In case of multiple columns those on the right have the priority in sorting.
Results displayed in table view can be sorted also inside the table itself (see topic
Table View).
Filter
Set the result range in the Filter box,
according to size.
First you select by checking the checkbox whether you want to filter the results. If
checked, select the operator as the next step

Here you can select the following:
- > for "greater than",
- < for "less than",
- = for "equal to",
- >= for "greater than or equal to",
- <= for "less than or equal to".
As the last step just enter the figure to be used in order to compare it with the result.
By filtering you exclude those lines where no cells (by columns) does not correspond
to the selected criteria.
 |
Example: all data less than 10 are not to be
included in the report, therefore set the criterion to >= 10. |
Limitation
First you select by checking the checkbox whether you want to display results for all
lines or only for a certain number, according to the number set in the right field.
Settings
In the Rows and
Columns boxes you decide whether you want to display total in the
table, too (by selecting the Totals
option), or means (by selecting the Means
option), or still nothing at all (by selecting the None
option). Select either for rows or for columns.

By checking the Show Zero Values checkbox
you display all results. If unchecked, all the lines containing value 0 (by columns) will
be excluded from the table.
By checking the Show Ancestor checkbox
you display all ancestors of the selected members preceding its name or ID
(in table ines) - ancestor levels are separated by a dot
(·). If unchecked, only one member without ancestors will be displayed.
By checking the Consecutive Numbers checkbox,
the results numbered consecutively. If unchecked, it displays results of the analysis
without the consecutive line number.
Chart
By checking the Show Values checkbox you
enable display of exact values in chart view. You can change the criteria regardless of
whether you already run the analysis (after the change occurs you just click the
button
in the toolbar).

By checking the 3D checkbox it displays
the chart in area view. Otherwise it is displayed in a two-dimensional view. You can change
the criteria regardless of whether you already run the analysis (after the change occurs
you just click the
button
in the toolbar).
By checking the Switch Axes checkbox it
affects the switching of the x and y axis in chart view. You can change the criteria regardless
of whether you already run the analysis (after the change occurs you just click the
button
in the toolbar).
Select the desired chart type in the Chart Type
box. You can change the criteria regardless of whether you already run the analysis (after
the change occurs just click the
button
in the toolbar).

The following chart types are available:
- Line

- Column

- Bar

 |
Every chart type is suitable for use in representation
of any data range, that is why it is wise to select the type of chart and axis
selection (switch), according to the scope of data used. |
