Below are listed variables for salary formulas included under Single employee item in Formula Builder: 

 

The following field and button are made available in Formula Builder after selecting specific variables under Single employee:

Pay Slip

 

The Pay Slip field and the Use in Formula button only appear with variables used for referencing pay slips of the previous period.

  The variables in question are listed below:   
  • Inv00 
  • Inv01
  • Inv10
  • Inv11
  • Inv20
  • Inv21
  • Inv30
  • Inv31
  • OSMND
  For example, to reference variable Inv00 in pay slip number 09-P00-000006 enter it as follows:   #Inv00-09-P00-000006# (the Gross Base variable according to calculation phase A - and select a pay slip from the Pay Slip). Finally, click the Use in Formula button.
Interval Select to repeate the formula calculation for all the pay slips.  When selected, the Pay Slip is greyed out.
Period Check and choose the period.  If current period should be used, select 00, previous month 01, etc.  When selecting the current period (00), the Period field is automatically enabled.
To include variable in the formula click the Use in Formula or the  button above.

HINT

For current Period to be used select 00 from drop down list.   Note that, only finished pay slips for this period will be taken into account.  By selecting the current period, the Period field gets automatically enabled.

Inv00 Gross basis calculated in phase A (regular work)
Inv01 Total hours from phase A (regular work)
Inv10 Gross basis calculated in phase B (bonuses)
Inv11 Total hours from phase B (bonuses)
Inv20 Gross basis calculated in phase C (disability allowance)
Inv21 Total hours from phase C (disability allowance)
Inv30 Gross basis calculated in phase D (regular work)
Inv31 Total hours from phase D (regular work)
OSMND Basis for length of service bonus from payroll (from phase A to F)
OSSKCL Gross basis for trade union membership fee (from phase A to F) for all earnings type with checked Basis for Trade Union Memb. Fee
OSSKNETO Net basis for trade union membership fee (from phase A to F) for all earnings type with checked Basis for Trade Union Memb. Fee
UPN Gross hourly rate for calculating compensation (Del17/Del19)
IndN Valuation index of compensation for the period of absence entered in the Valuaton Index field in Employee Files | Position/Salary | Custom Fields
INDOLAJSAVA Individual relief from the Relief panel for the T - Personal Relief type
INDOLAJSAVAN Individual relief from the Relief panel for the N - Journalist type
INDOLAJSAVAK Individual relief from the Relief panel for the K - Culture type
SPL Returns information about the sex of employee ("M" for males, and "F" for females). The data is retrieved from the Sex field in Employee Files | General l General l General section.
STR Returns age of employee in months. The data is retrieved from the Date field in Employee Files | General l General l Birth Information box.
WOB Returns number of hours of weekly requirement that are retrieved from the Hours per Week field in Employee Files | Salary Parameters.
SHIFTW Returns an ID of shift work from the Shift Work field in Employee Files | Salary Parameters. The variable returns a corresponding shift work ID.
STSI Returns an employee educatution ID that is retrieved from the Professional Education field in Employee Files | Education. The variable returns the corresponding value set for professional education (e.g. it returns value 0 if 0 - Doctor's degree is set, or 1 for Master's degree, 2 for Bachelor's degree, etc.).
SOB The value of the variable is 1 if Working Saturdays check box in Salary Parameters is enabled.
NED The value of the variable is 1 if Working Sundays check box in Salary Parameters is enabled.
ZAPOSLENI Returns the number of Employees
STINVALID Returns the number of Disabled Employees
PlanTime Returns Planned working hours
SI

Degree of Disability

  • Group I
  • Group II
  • Group II (work disabled)
  • Group III
  • Group III (work disabled)
  • Affected work ability - the employee has no acknowledged category, but it is necessary that he or she be transferred to another position.
  • No disability - Invalidity Committee of the Category I acknowledges disability, but the Invalidity Committee of the Category II rejects the decision.
OTR Returns the number of children from the employee's Family Members with value Child in the Relationship field. 
Dnevnica Daily allowance
STINVALIDKVOTA Returns the number of disabled employees above quota.
MFU Employee's monthly hours worked
OstanDop Returns the number Leave days remaining
TR Salary Grade/Step
TARR Salary Grade
PR Salary Step
KolPog Salary under Collective Agreement
ServiceTime Returns the number of repair time hours from Service Order

 

HINT
E.g. Let us say for SHIFTW that you selected One shift - PM option in the Shift Work field. The variable returns the corresponding value 2.

You can only reference STSI variable as conditional statement.
