Below are listed variables for leave formulas included under Single employee item in Formula Builder:

 

VARIABLES

WOB

Returns number of hours of weekly requirement that are retrieved from the Hours per Week field in Employee Files | Salary Parameters.

SHIFTW

Returns a shift work ID that is retrieved from the Shift Work field in Employee Files | Salary Parameters.. The variable returns the corresponding value.

Example:

Let us say that you selected One shift - PM option in the Shift Work field. The variable returns the corresponding value 2.

STSI

Returns an employee education ID that is retrieved from the Professional Education field in Employee Files | Education.

The variable returns the corresponding value set for professional education (e.g. it returns value 0 if 0 - Doctor's degree is set, or 1 for Master's degree, 2 for Bachelor's degree, etc.).

You can only reference this variable as conditional statement.

 

Example:

The employee with selected professional education

"0 - Doctor's degree"

 

is entitled to 4 days of leave.

Enter conditional statement as follows:

SOB

Switcher Working Saturdays from the field in Employee Files | Salary Parameters. If the switcher is confirmed, the variable value is 1 or 0 if the switcher is not confirmed.  

NED

Switcher Working Sundays from the field in Employee Files | Salary Parameters. If the switcher is confirmed, the variable value is 1 or 0 if the switcher is not confirmed.  

PlanDop

Variabile PlanDop returns the number of planed working Saturdays or Sundays we have it entered in calendar 200 Planed Working Hours or in Employees File | Working Hours | Planned. It is build form 3 fields:

  • Variable: with possibility to select Saturdays or Sunday
  • Year: with possibility to select previous years or current year increased by 1 (eg if the current year is 2019, the maximum year will be 2020)
  • Type of Planned Wrk. Hrs:  select the categories that represent planned working hours in calendar 200 Planned working hours. With double-click we access to record Calendar Entry Types.

By pressing on the button use in a formula that is built from all tree fields eg: #PlanDop-SOB-2014-RED# which means, that the number of planned working Saturdays from the year 2014 for the category RD6

Switcher Collective Agr. from the field in Employee Files | Salary Parameters. If the switcher is confirmed, the variable value is 1 or 0 if the switcher is not confirmed.  

 

000001.gif Having checked Auto-Update Salary Calculation in Administration Panel l Program Parameters l Personnel | Payroll l General the variables of the last entered employment position from Employee Files | Position/Salary are considered in leave calculation. Otherwise the variables of the active employment position will be used (that is, an employment position checked as being active (Active) in Employee Files | Position/Salary).
