Download WF definitions

eWorkflows allow us to automate repetitive tasks such as importing e-invoices, ePosting, receiving from bizBox and others. Business processes determine which actions need to be performed and in what order.

In the Download WF definitions step in the Setup Wizard, using the Web services, you can transfer predefined eWorkflows to the register of workflow.

You can adapt eWorkflows to your needs or create new ones.

You can open the Setup Wizard in the menu Settings | Program | Administration panel | Settings | Documentation.

HINT
  • Read more detailed information about the Download WF definitions step in the chapter Download WF definitions.
  • To design workflows according to the specific needs of your company, contact Datalab consultants via phone on 01 252 89 50 or via email at prodaja@datalab.si.

In this chapter, an example of transferring eWorkflow to the register using the wizard is shown.

Case summary

The person responsible wants to quickly, using the wizard, transfer the predefined eWorkflows to the register. This is done as follows:

  1. Selection of criteria
  2. Method of importing eWorkflows
  3. Selection of eWorkflows
  4. Transfer of eWorkflows to the register

1. Selection of criteria

In the Setup Wizard the person responsible selects the step Download WF definitions.

The person responsible leaves the Group field empty, as the person responsible wants to transfer all business processes using the Web service.

HINT

In the Group field, from the drop-down list you can select the group of eWorkflows that you want to transfer via the Web Service.

The person responsible continues to choose the method of importing business processes.

2. Method of importing eWorkflows

The person responsible wants to transfer all the predefined eWorkflows that do not yet exist in the register, on the other hand, the existing ones overwrite.

The person responsible wants to transfer business processes consistent with localization for Slovenia.

In the Import Type section, the person responsible checks the checkbox for the Add/Update.

In the For Country field, the person responsible selects the localization EU from the drop-down list.

The person responsible continues to select the business processes that the person responsible wants to transfer to the register.

3. Selection of eWorkflows

The person responsible, among the predefined eWorkflows, chooses those that meet the company's needs.

After selecting the criteria, the person responsible clicks the button Transfer from server to download the eWorkflows to the preview list.

In the list, by marking the selection box Yes/No, the person responsible selects the eWorkflows that the person responsible wants to transfer to the register. By default, all eWorkflows are selected.
