Besides the actual sales price, which represents the receivable from the customer and is displayed in the lines of the issue document, information about the retail price valid at the time the invoice was issued is also needed for commercial records and posting by retail price. 

000001.gif The pricing used in the document will depend on the issuing warehouse that you've selected:
  • generally: general pricing will be used if the warehouse entered in the document does not use separate pricing.
  • or separate pricing will be used if the warehouse has it's own, separate, pricing.

This panel is used to view information on the pricing.

000001.gif This information is usually only edited using a price change document. The information in this panel should not be changed!

That's why separate authorizations can be set for viewing and editing data in this panel. We recommend that you select read authorization on the level of the program, as this will prevent accidental editing of the data in this panel. Any changes could lead to errors when posting by retail price or creating commercial records. 

Read and write authorization will make it possible to change the data in this panel, which should only be done in exceptional situations (for example, the first sale of an item for which you later prepared pricing information).
000001.gif For companies that do not use retail warehouses and users that you would not like to be allowed to view this data, set none authorization. With none authorization, this tab will not appear.

Read or write authorization will allow a user to edit this data.

Line
The sequential number of the line.
Item
The ID of the selected item.
Name
The name of the item.
Quantity
The quantity of the item issued.
Wholesale Price 2
 The price from the third price class. The name of this field is set in Program Parameters | Items | General.
Wholesale Price 1
The price from the second price class. The name of this field is set in Program Parameters | Items | General.  
Sale PriceThe price from the first price class, minus VAT. The name of this field is set in Program Parameters | Items | General.

 

 
Retail Price
The price from the first price class, including VAT. The name of this field is set in Program Parameters | Items | General.
