Miscellaneous tasks

In the Miscellaneous tasks register, any tasks that apply at company level are entered. The settings for the miscellaneous tasks in PANTHEON Web Light can be accessed in the module Settings | Work records | Miscellaneous tasks.
This chapter shows how to create a new task in PANTHEON Web Light.

CASE SUMMARY
The person responsible wants to add a new task to the Miscellaneous tasks register: Monthly management meetings. The person responsible opens the settings for miscellaneous tasks and starts adding the new task. This is done as follows:

1. Opening the settings for miscellaneous tasks
The person responsible wants to check the list of current miscellaneous tasks.
To open the settings for miscellaneous tasks, the person responsible selects the module Settings, tab Work records and clicks the panel Miscellaneous tasks.

The list of current miscellaneous tasks is displayed.

The person responsible can now create a new task.
2. Creating a new task
The person responsible wants to add a new task to the Miscellaneous tasks register: Monthly management meetings.
The person responsible starts entering the new task in the first blank line of the list.
In the empty field in the column Code, the person responsible enters the desired code for the task: MMM.
In the empty field in the column Name, the person responsible enters the identifier name of the task: Monthly management meetings.

From the drop-down list of the empty field of the column ET (Earnings type), the person responsible selects RDC - Regular work.

HINT
The value in the field Earnings type (ET) is selected from the Earnings types register. This information affects payroll preparation.

From the drop-down list in the column Icon, the person responsible selects the building icon

From the drop-down list in the column Main color, the person responsible selects the desired color: black

, the person responsible adds the task to the register.
