Available stock is checked for each line. In case stock of an item is insufficient it is not included for issue. The following message is returned after function is executed informing you there is insufficient stock of item:

Clicking Confirm calculates required quantities of materials and fills the table. The pop-up window closes automatically. Required quantities are entered in the corresponding fields for issued quantity, issued scrap and issued waste. For issued quantities of scrap and waste tick checkboxes for use of scrap and waste that can be found in the Administration Panel. If checked, then scrap or waste quantity for issue is calculated. Otherwise not.

The following two checkboxes can be observed here:

• Issue Only Items in Stock - If checked, it causes that only those materials in stock are issued. Because it is required, available stock is checked for the very day on which you prepare issue, date of issue is set as criteria. It is transferred from WO Creation window and it cannot be changed.
• Close Finished Lines - If checked, automatically prepares lines for issuing materials as finished. If you leave it unchecked, you can do this manually.

Quantities are entered for items with checked serial number tracking. This way it is required to balance the number of assigned serial numbers with recalculated quantity for issue. To do this enter serial numbers in the window for issuing serial numbers.

Quantities are not entered in finished lines.
