SE Work orders list

The form Work orders is used to view the created work orders (WOs) from the module Production SE (simple manufacturing). The display of WOs can be customized by selecting the filters in the form header.

The details of WOs are displayed on WO cards, where you can find general information about the WO. The details include the name and image of the item (product), the WO number and the date of creation, the status of WO completion displayed graphically and with percentages as well as the number of pieces received and planned.

HINT

You can click the WO card to open the individual WO and view its details on the form Work order – SE.

For practical use cases showing how to use features of SE Work orders list, see the chapter SE Work orders in user manual.

The form is opened when logging into PANTHEON Web Terminal.

From the  list, select the WO status by which you want to filter the displayed WOs. This way, you can quickly check which WOs are already partially finished or which have not yet been started.

There are four different statuses:

  • Open – This status is assigned to any newly created WO for which no received products have been reported yet.
  • Released – In PANTHEON, this status can only be assigned to WOs that are open. This status allows you, for example, to plan production over a certain period and to print out a plan of material requirements.
  • In progress – This status is assigned to all WOs for which a portion of released product quantity has been reported and have not been finished yet.
  • Finished – This status is assigned to all WOs for which the entire released product quantity has been reported and have been finished.
