6VZ - Claim for the insurance company
Printout 6VZ - Claim for the insurance company allows printing of the claim. The printout displays data about the date, policy number, treatment document, owner and value of the treatment and the insurance coverage.
Below we present an example of a claim printout for the insurance company.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EXAMPLE
The responsible person wants to send a claim for the document type CLI1 - Surgery to the insurance company. They do this by following these steps:

1. Opening Treatment Calculation
The responsible person wants tosend a claim for the document type CLI1 - Surgery to the insurance company.
For this purpose, they select the menu Veterinary | Treatment Calculation.
A form opens Treatment Calculation for Animals.
They continue by entering criteria.
2. Entering criteria
The types of printouts can be limited by selecting different criteria.
In the section Document Types, they select the type: CLI1 - Surgery.

They proceed to select the printout type.
3. Selecting Printout Type
They want to print the claim for the insurance company.
In the section Printout Type the responsible person opens the tab Insurance and clicks or selects the printout type: 6VZ - Claim for the insurance company (as shown in the image below).
They continue with the printing.
4. Printout Claim for the insurance company
The preview of the printout is opened by the responsible person by double-clicking on the selected printout type or by selecting the printout type and clicking the button 
(Printout).
The program opens the print window for the selected printout: 6VZ - Claim for the insurance company.
The printout displays data about the date, policy number, treatment document, owner, and value of the treatment and the insurance coverage.
