Registers

A user manual with practical examples was prepared to help you understand how to use Registers feature in PANTHEON Web Light. It is divided into the following chapters:
Subjects |
The Subjects register contains information on all the entities that the company does business with: customers, suppliers, carriers and other entities, both legal or natural persons. This chapter shows examples of how to use the list of subjects and how to add and import new records.

Items |
The Items register is one of the most important registers in the PANTHEON software suite. It contains all the products, materials, goods, services and other elements that are manufactured, sold or purchased in the company. In addition, it is used to correct item prices, check stock and edit other important data and settings related to company items. This chapter shows examples of how to use the list of items and how to add and import new records.

Doc. texts |
The Document texts register is used to display various texts on purchase orders and invoices. This chapter shows examples of how to use the list of texts and how to add new records.

Postal codes
|
The list of postal codes contains both domestic and foreign postal codes. Using a list of postal codes speeds up the work with the program and reduces the chance for errors when entering data. This chapter shows examples of how to use the list of postal codes and how to add new records.

Jobs
|
The list of jobs is most commonly used in the module Personnel. Using a list of jobs speeds up the work with the program and reduces the chance for errors when entering data. This chapter shows an example of how to use the the list of jobs and how to add new records.

Tax rates

The tax rate list includes all the tax rates that apply when buying and selling items. The tax rates are set by law and allow the correct calculation of value added tax. This chapter shows examples of how to use the feature to search the list of tax rates and add new records.

Payment methods

The Payment methods register functions as a list of all possible payment methods that can be used in wholesale, purchasing and retail POS. This chapter shows examples of how to search the list of payment methods and add new records.
