Tasks

The Tasks in the Personnel Granule provides the employees with an overview of tasks received or created.

IMPORTANT
- Employees submit their leave requests, work-related exits, etc., in the Work records module using the Add request button.
- By default, Granules only show the data of the logged-in user. The data displayed can be changed any time by defining relevant authorizations.
- If only one Granule is assigned to the user, the granule-specific logo and name in the main menu are displayed. If several Granules are assigned to the user, the main menu shows general PANTHEON Granules logo.

Below is a description of the form’s features:
In the toolbar in Tasks, there is one action button:

When task is selected on the list of tasks, clicking this button opens the task (show document, sign document, approve a request, etc.) window.
Task can also be opened by clicking the task name.

In the header, you search for and filter the Tasks using the search criteria in the following fields:
Search

Search for tasks is carried out based on the name of the task.

Type |
Enables searching by task type.

Date from |
Select the start date of the time period to display all tasks created in this period. |
Date to |
Select the end date of the time period to display all tasks created in this period. |
Shows a table with data on the tasks, which is described in the following fields:

Run task by selecting the checkbox and clicking the Run workflow button in the toolbar. |
Task

The name of the task. Clicking the name opens the task.

User |
The name of the user that the task has been assigned to. |
Key |
Task number. |
Task completed |
The information is displayed graphically in the form of a cross if the task is unfinished, and in the form of a check mark if it is finished. |
Date
|
The date of the task.
