Import workflows

The Import workflows feature, which can be accessed in the toolbar of the Company tab, allows you to import predefined eWorkflows using the Web Service.

The workflow for approving requests for employee absence is predefined and does not need to be edited. |

The Import workflows window has two parts:
- Import criteria and type – define the criteria specifying which eWorkflows should be imported from the Web Service
- Workflow table – select the desired eWorkflows from the table and transfer them into the register

In this section, the criteria and type of import for the transfer of eWorkflows using the Complete Services need to be defined.
The section contains the following fields:
Group
|
From the drop-down list, select the group of eWorkflows you want to transfer using the Web Service.
The following groups are currently available:
- Goods
- Financials
- DMS
- eBanking
- eDocumentation
- ePosting
- Tasks
- PANTHEON Web
- SMS and email notification
- Web shops
- [Empty group name – displays all groups]

Build number
|
Filters the downloaded eWorkflows according to the build number for which the eWorkflow was created.

Import Type
|
Select how the eWorkflows will be imported. Two options are available:
- Add/edit – If selected, any records that do not yet exist in the eWorkflow register will be downloaded using the Web Service, while the existing records will be overwritten.
- Add – If selected, any records that do not yet exist in the eWorkflow register will be downloaded using the Web Service.

For Country
|
Select predefined eWorkflows that are available for the corresponding localization or country. Currently available localizations include:
- BA – Bosnia and Herzegovina
- SI – Slovenia
- Other countries

Download from server
|
Transfers the eWorkflows into the Workflow table using the Web Service, according to the selected criteria and import type.

The workflow table shows all the predefined eWorkflows that have been downloaded using the Web Service, according to the selected criteria and import type.
The table displays columns with data for each eWorkflow:
Yes/No
|
Specify the eWorkflows you want to transfer to the register. If checked, the checkbox color turns yellow.
|
Name
|
Name of the eWorkflow downloaded using the Web Service.
|
Note
|
Note or description of the eWorkflow downloaded using the Web Service.
|
Build number
|
Build number for which the downloaded eWorkflow was created.
|
Transfer into register
|
Saves the selected eWorkflows from the list to the register.
