The wizards menu in work order offers you many functions. In order to execute them, the user needs to have certain authorizations:

Process Range It allows you to automatically confirm the selected range of work orders.
Production Opens a form for processing work orders. Here you can enter items in production, view and display (subsequently print) assembly work order. You can also confirm work order processing turning it from unfinished to finished.
Transfer Transfers selected work order(s) to some other document type used in manufacturing (such as for example additional subcontract production, manufacturing of semi-finished products).
Change It enables you to dismantle and change work orders.
You can only dismantle work orders which are assigned the Finished (status I) or In Progress (status D) status. Plus you can only change data in work orders which are in progress (status D)!
Delete Deletes all work orders from sales order. You will not be able to do so whenever at least one work order in sales order is partially or completely finished.
Mass WO Processing Allows you to relieve inventory by mass WO processing. It is intended for finished (status D) work orders!
Transfer Orders to WO Using the function you can transfer sales orders to work orders.
WO Dismantling Allows you to dismantle entire work order and can be used whenever in Linked Documents
panel.
