Work orders

The Work Orders panel of the Daily plan document type register allows you to define which work orders (WO) are delegated to the daily plan. You can choose between all the WO document types, or create a custom list of work orders.

The settings can be accessed from the menu Settings | Program | Document Types. The register of document types opens, where you expand the Plans panel, select the Daily plan panel, and then select the Work Orders panel.

Below is a description of the register’s features.

1. Select work orders

In this section, you can select which work orders are assigned to the daily plan.

All

If selected, all defined WO document types are assigned to the daily plan.

Custom

If selected, a table appears on the form for creating a custom list of WO document types assigned to the daily plan.

2. Custom list of work orders

The table is visible only if Custom is selected. Here, you can select the WO document types that you wish to assign to the daily plan.

WO Doc. Type

Enter or select the ID of the WO document type that you wish to assign to the daily plan.

Name

Displays the name of the WO document type.

Department

Displays the department to which the WO document type is assigned.
