Workers
User interface (UI) for workers is composed from 2 parts:
1. Navigator: serves for searching & creating new worker as a resource
2. Worker grid: Worker/s list recorded as resources

ADDING NEW WORKER
New worker is added by clicking on
.
Adding of new worker as Resource (with Resource ID) is enabled, no matter if the worker is within Personal map (Employment file) or not.

Work |
Default option; Resource can be later linked to Employee file.
Double click on Personnel opens Employee file with selected Worker in focus.
After selecting Personnel a unique Worker Name is displayed as Worker Name.
If Worker is linked with Employee files with Absence overview recorded, in planning forms PLAN, WORK ORDER and INPUT COMPLETED WORK controls/notifications are displayed in order not to assign worker to task during planned Absence time.

By saving new record on
a notification to parallel creating Worker within Personnal map is displayed:
- YES: personal map is displaye in ordert to enter other data within Personal map
- NO: Wokrer is saved as Resource ID ( without links with personal Map).
Tab Positions
If Worker iz assigned to Employee file, data from Employee file are displayed here.

If worker is not assigned to Employee file, selection of positions from drop-down could be done.

Tab Calendar/Exceptions
Calendar
For individual worker, a calendar, which is set in Settigns / Agriculture panel / Settings / Farming / Agronomy / Planning tab GeneralCalendar, could be selected.

Exceptions
For individual wokrer, regadless selected as work or External an Exceptions Period coudl be monitored. By Entering Calendar states as not Work and Active data, Resource could not be assigned during Exceptions period within planning forms ( PLAN, WORK ORDER, INPUT COMPLETED WORK).

Tab Secundary activities
For workers assigned to Employee File a possibility to select Secundary activities is added.
