Costs for leased land

Costs for leased  LPIS and Cadastral parcel  - NO LONGER IN USE

A lot of farmer have a leased land and they have to pay this land for one period. This period is for a year or more years. In Pantheon Farming we added a new functionality that we can create an invoice for leased land.

In Agriculture Holding | Parcels we have tab Users and in this tab we added colum price and doc type (št. dok.)

When we enter data about landlord we go to the Receiving /Purchasing | Documents and we chose document that we want to create an invoice for leased land.

When we chose the dockument we go to the wizard   and chose the Costs of leased LPIS(Stroški najema GERKa)

When we click on  Parcel Lease Cost the program opened

Status "leasted" (Status "v najemu")	Here we chose the type of status for land: Common use Leasted Owned Rented Sold
Owner/lessee	Data can be collected by  Owner/lessee
	When we enter date or veterinarian we can click on button search and program will search all data that we need
Date of rental (datum najema)	Data can be collected by date
Select	We select for which data we want created the document
LPIS (GERK)	The ID of parcel
Area	The data about area that we have rented
Owner of LPIS ( Lastnik GERKa)	The name of the owner
Price (cena)	The price for rented land
Save (shranjeno)	When we click on button create the document (kreiraj dokumente) we get check mark in checkbox
Remarks/errors	If documents does not create,  the program return error
No. Doc ( št. dok)	The number of document which is created
Date of document	This is the date that the document was created
Costs	We choose the warehouse by default is Costs warehouse
	When we choose all events and set all data we can create the documents

Double click on document, open the document.

The same procedure is on tab Parcel. By given land in rent we go on menu  Sales -Issue /sale of Goods and services- Document and we can choose document 300, 360,.... and on wizard we go on Parcel Lease Cost and form here one the proceedings is the same like is describe up.
