Purchasing
There are five basic types of goods receiving:
| Documents |
Receiving of goods, which changes the balance at a warehouse and creates a liability to the supplier and cost invoices. |
| Internal |
Internal receipt of goods (for example, packing slips for collective issues, goods on loan). |
| Consolidated |
Invoice multiple internal receiving slips with one invoice which does not change the balance at the warehouse. |
| Prepayment |
Prepayments made for goods and services |
