Instructional videos

You need Windows Media Player 9.0 or higher to play the videos. You can get the player at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/.

Click the name of the video you wish to play. You also need a sound card and a screen resolution of at least 1024x768. Playback is optimized for broadband internet connections.
