Vehicles
In this panel you can track vehicles, that are used by employee for private purpose and you have to calculate perk. You can enter data for specific period for several vehicles. This data is important for reporting on form iREK, since 1.1.2014.
You have to enter fields:
| Number |
This field is generated automatically by a program, when you enter a data. In payroll preparation you select this ID number. |
| Period from |
In this field you enter period from which employee started to use vehicle for private purposes. |
| Period to |
In htis filed you enter period to which employee used vehicle for private purposes. |
| Registration number |
In this field you can enter registration number of the vehicle or chhose it from the rollup menu. In case employee has already entered registration number in general data, this number will be automatically given by a program and you can change it if you like. |
| Earning type |
In this filed you enter erning type, that let ID of a vehicle be transmitted into payroll preparation. |
| Calculated in document type |
In this field you can select document type in which earning type and vehicle ID is transmitted at payroll preparation. |
