Setting up export to Excel

By setting up export to Excel, we can select which bands to export.

To set up export to Excel, click the (Settings for raw export to Excel) icon in the report preview . The settings are saved for the user only.

Clicking the Save button saves the export settings.

Clicking the Cancel button closes the export settings window without saving the changes.

Right-clicking inside the band panel offers the following options:

Table of contents

  1. Select All
  2. Deselect All
  3. Invert Selection
  4. Default
  5. Details and related data

1. Select All

Checks the checkboxes next to all bands.

2. Deselect All

Deselects the checkboxes next to all bands.

3. Invert Selection

Selects all unmarked checkboxes and cancels all selected checkboxes next to the bands.

4. Default

Sets the bands for the purpose of further data processing (addition of data in the columns). In this case, only numeric data is relevant and data such as report title, page header, etc. is not needed.

5. Details and related data

Selects the preview type that displays bands with child bands when the preview contains them.
