Search by

       

The Search By form allows you to search according to the code list provided in the drop-down menu and select multiple parameters at the same time.

The form opens with a click on the button  on a search field.

The form is made up of certain elements, which are described below.

 

Search By:

The drop-down list provides columns to search and select from.

 

WARNING

Columns offered by the drop-down list vary according to the register in which the search is being performed.

Enter the desired search string in the search field of the selected register

 

HINT

When entering a search criterion, the % sign may be used in place of any symbol.

For example, to search for 'Ulica', you can type %ulic% in the search field and the program will return results for all records that have the root word 'ulic' anywhere in its fields.

(Drag and drop a value from a column here to filter by that column.)

When filtering by column, the program displays the selected critera.

 

Click  to remove the filter criteria by column.

Select a filtering mode from the drop-down list. The options available are:

Selected

If checked, the selected parameter will be added to the search engine and the data (on the To-do) form will be filtered by the parameter.

 

HINT

There are several options to choose from.

The selected criteria are displayed in the row below.

Refresh

Removes a selection in the Selected column.

OK

Takes the selected parameters and transfers them to the search field (on the To-Do) form. Closes the Search By form.

Cancel

Closes the Search By form, ignoring the parameters selected in the Search By form.
