000001.gif With version 55.59.00, the program may use more chart of accounts. Upper navigator is designed to move between different chart of accounts, the lower search for each chart of accounts.

 

It lets you export to Excel. Option to show us button can be found in Administrative Panel / Financials / General.
Name You enter any name of the account.
The active chart of accounts is used in the forms that do not contain date of validity of the chart of accounts, for example codebook of items, subjects etc. Active chart of accounts not effect the automatic posting. The automatic posting is always carried out according to the date od the period in relation to the applicable chart of accounts for this period.
Valid From

Enter the date of the chart of accounts with validity from. Entered chart of accounts applies to the introduction of a new chart of accounts to the new date of validity.

The date of validity of the first chart of account must be greater or equal to the effective date of the first Local Currency.
Navigation Buttons

 Navigation buttons are used to browse, create and delete records (see Navigation Buttons). 

Click 40755.gif to delete an account from the chart of accounts.

PANTHEON will check whether the account has any posts to it before deleting. If there are any, an error message will be returned (see Record cannot be deleted because records in the following tables depend on it) and subsequently the account will not be deleted.

Click 40756.gif to insert a new record at the position of the currently selected line, moving down all records below it. 

Click 40757.gif to clone the currently selected account (see Cloning Account).
 

(search)

Click 006408.gif to open the search window to search, sort or filter data. We can search account by all columns that are located in a Grid of Chart of Account.

Account no. (only numbers) is also available. This search mode exclude  some non numerical characters.
