Before you can start using the User Site, you have to create an account, this is specify a user name and password. The account is created directly from PANTHEON, the registration is done in three steps.

1. Step 1 - Going to the User Site through PANTHEON

In any PANTHEON window, click the Help button and select any of the offered support options.

The serial number and the company that PANTHEON is registered to are checked in the background, then the new user registration page (step 2) opens in your default browser.

A new account is created based on the serial number of the PANTHEON license and the name of the company that is the holder of the license.

2. Step 2 - Entering the User Name and Password

The User Site's login page opens in your default browser.

Choose a user name and a password and enter them into the fields User Name and Password, respectively. With this login information you will be able to access the User Site in the future.

You can choose any user name and password, but they must be longer than four characters.

Fields marked with * are required.

3. Step 3 - Legal Notice

After entering login information, the legal notice page opens. You have to agree with the provisions in order to use the User Site.

After accepting, the main page of the User Site opens.

Editing Your Account

You can change your account's settings in the My Account section.
