In PANTHEON you can determine company organization regardless of whether it is commercial, manufacuturing or service-related.
First, set item movement (that is, of goods, services, semi-finished products). It would be wise to draw the company flowchart. For example, oval forms represent external subjects; rectangular forms, on the other hand, represent warehouses or company divisions. The arrows represent item movement (that is, document types). The hexagonal form represents manufacturing process (work orders).
Document types of movement are used:
- as documents used for transferring goods (receiving slip / invoice received, packing slip / invoice issued, transfer slip, etc.),
- as documents for tracking and recording change in materials accounting (loading or relivieving inventory; backflushing),
- as documents for recording one or more than one post on subsidiary accounts (following automatic posting).
The flowchart below represents a simple company:
It can be observed that goods are transported from supplier to the company warehouse and then to the purchaser. Let us mark receiving at warehouse with 100 which represents document Purchase of goods and materials. On the other hand, mark issue from warehouse with 300 which represents sales document. That is, both number marks used represent corresponding document types - goods movement is represented by them.
This basic flowchart can be expanded with
Having created the flowchart, enter corresponding material document types.
