Multiple selection lists look similar to checkboxes. The difference is that
multiple selection lists are not used to enable or disable functions, but rather
to select which of the listed items should be included in an operation. They
are most often used in selecting criteria for reports.
One, multiple or all options can be selected. Select or deselect an option
by left-clicking the box before the appropriate item. Alternatively, use the
cursor keys to move up or down and the spacebar to select or deselect an item.
There is a quicker way for checking or unchecking options.

All items can quickly be selected or deselected by right-clicking in the
selection list and selecting the appropriate option from the context menu:
- Select All - Selects all items
- Deselect All - Deselects all items
- Invert Selection - Selects all deselected items and vice versa.
