000001.gif To ensure that data is up-to-date, you have to use prefetching (e.g. as for the out-of-the-box dashboards)!

      

  1. Click 022691.gif in taskbar.
  2. Select and open a dashboard.  33804.gif
    000001.gif If various dashboards are set, they are displayed in dashboard menu accordingly.

    000001.gif Having opened an out-of-the-box dashboard for the first time and not having performed data prefetching, the following message is returned: Data must be prefetched.

     

    000001.gif If a dashboard contains an error-prone component, the corresponding error message is displayed when opening component. The message displays ID of faulty component and a short text describing the error. To open the register in question and make according changes, click Open Register.
  3. Check checkbox Default to automatically load dashboard on opening PANTHEON.

  5. To refresh any of the components, right-click it and select Refresh. You can do this for the entire dashboard (see items 1 and 2). 33858.gif

    You can set filter only in ME and MF editions.
  7. To use zoom in Dashboard component, right-click and select Zoom. A window opens where you can resize component to fit your needs.33857.gif

    To reset to the original map layout, select Reset.

  1. Clicking 062325.gif exports dashboard to dashboard report.
  2. Clicking 062326.gif copies dashboard.

 

82060. Having prefetched data it will not suffice to refresh data using refresh function. Make sure to use data prefetching before using refresh.
