Employee Details
The Employee Details tab gives us insight into the Employee files within the database, specifically the employee data for the company which is chosen in the Database on a server in Accounting dashboard.
The Employee Details tab is accessed via the Employment module within Accounting Dashboard.

The screen is divided into several parts.
The Toolbar in the Employee files form consists of a series of basic toolbar buttons that we use to perform basic operations in the form. It can be accessed on each PANTHEON form at the top of the program window.
Toolbar details and functions are described in Employee files | Toolbar.
In the Header, we edit the data of the selected employee for the Database that is marked as a Database on the Server in the Accounting Dashboard.
The Left Menu consists of panels and sub-panels. It allows us to view and edit all the necessary information about the employee in the selected company or the Database.
The following panels are available in the Left menu:
General

In this panel, we find general information about the employee, their previous job employment, family members and information about foreigners

Position/Salary
|
In this panel, we can track employees’ positions and their history in the company, information about salary, bank accounts…
|
Education
|
This panel is for tracking employee’s records about education and professional qualifications.

State of Health
|
In this panel, we find information about the employee medical examinations and disability.
|
Absence
|
In this panel, we find information about annual leave
|
HSW
|
This panel provides us with information on protective equipment and allows us to track qualifications in the field of health and safety at work
|
Documents
|
In this panel, you can track all documents for individual employee.
|
Rewards/Disciplinary Actions
|
This panel can be used to track disciplinary sanctions and rewards of the employee.
|
Working Hours
|
In this panel, we track employee’s working hours that can be linked to the time terminal.

Utilization
|
In this panel, we track employee utilization.
|
Real Estate
|
This panel provides us with informationwhich Real Estate employee is renting.
|
Vehicles
|
In this panel, we track vehicles, that employee uses.
|
Note
|
This panel allows us to enter a note for an individual employee.
|
Consent
|
In this panel, we keep records of consent following GDPR.
|
Request
|
This panel documents all requests made by the logged-in user.

In the Central part of the form, we can review and manage employee data, regarding the panel we are standing on in the Left menu.
