The Leave in the Employment module allows the calculation of the annual leave for an employee in selected companies in the Database on the Server in the Accounting Dashboard, according to specific criteria.

Table of contents

  1. Criteria
  2. Period
  3. Databases

1. Criteria

In the Criteria, we define the parameters for calculating an employee's annual leave in the companies or Databases we choose in Accounting Dashboard.

Employed From

This field is only used if the employee starts work during the year. In this case, we select the start date from the Calendar.

Otherwise, no date entry is required.

Active

We select this checkbox if we want to calculate annual leave only for active employees. Active employees are those who are currently working, have a valid contract, and are on the payroll of the selected company.

Take into Account Employment End Date

We select the checkbox if the employee only works for a certain time and their contract ends in the next few months.

Overwrite existing period

We select the checkbox if we want to recalculate the annual leave.

2. Period

The year for which the annual leave calculation is created and the date to which the calculation relates are selected in the Period section.

Calculate for year

In this field, you can enter the year for which you want to calculate the annual leave.

Length of service on
