Remote Support


The Remote Support feature enables you to easily share your desktop (computer) with a supporter.

The feature also enables connection between users.

Remote support is accessed by selecting the ? button on PANTHEON forms or via the menu Help | Remote Support.

IMPORTANT

All information about Remote Support, including practical examples can be found in the chapter Remote Support.

Clicking opens the Remote Support UserSite website in a new web browser window.

IMPORTANT

The user logged in PANTHEON is automatically also logged intothe newly opened UserSite website.

The form contains the following elements:

Request support from partner Selecting this option shares your desktop (computer) with a supporter.
Request support from another user Selecting this option shares your desktop (computer) with another user to help you with your work.
I want to support other user Selecting this option enables another user to share their computer desktop with you, so you can help them work.
Cause/Reason Enter the reason for remote support.
Start Clicking the button starts the connection with a supporter/user.
