By selecting Manufacturing Analysis in Manufacturing menu opens a window where you can run analyses of manufacturing. 

It consists of two sections: 

  • on the left side is displayed a panel in tree structure view where you can select type of report. See follow-up for a more detailed treatment
  • on the right side is displayed a panel where you can enter criteria in order to restrict a report accordingly

Here you can observe the process of analyzing work orders in manufacturing.

 

Moreover, you can select and generate reports showing realization of work orders in manufacturing according to various set criteria. The following types of report are available here:

 

Material requirements This summary report displays the requirements for components, according to the set criteria.
Material requirements detailed This detailed report displays the requirements for components, according to the set criteria. Allocations, In Progress, Stock, Purchase Orders and Sales Orders are displayed in detail.
Requisition status This detailed report displays a specification of materials issued to work orders, according to the set criteria for each selected work order separately.
Work slip status   This report displays an operation specification in work orders, according to the set criteria for each selected work order separately.
Quantity check This report displays a specification of issued materials and operations in work orders with quantities expressed in percentage, according to the set criteria for each selected work order separately.
Quantity and value check This report displays a specification of issued materials and operations in work orders with quantities expressed in percentage and values, according to the set criteria for each selected work order separately.
Work order status This report displays a general specification of work orders, according to the set criteria.
Work order status by operations This report displays a specification of work order by last completed operations.
Work order status by operations - detailed This report displays a specification of work order by all planned operations.
Finished work orders This report displays a general specification  of closed work orders, according to the set criteria.
Quality of production This report displays a general specification, according to the set criteria, including variance in processing work orders expressed in percentage.
Work-in-Progress This report displays WIP status and it is created for a specific day and it can be restricted by specific document type ID.
Work-in-Progress - detailed This report displays WIP status in detail and it is created for a specific day and it can be restricted by specific document type ID
Issue slips This report displays documents for issuing materials from warehouses to work orders.
Transfer notes This report displays documents for receiving products from work order at warehouses.
