In the Chart of Accounts register you can mark whether you want to check if the document to be entered in the journal entry line exists in the database (the Check Doc.). With this you can also check whether either the document or the manually created journal entry apply to the same subject (see 3366 Incorrect subejct! The document contains XXX and 3365 Incorrect subject! The document contains XXX and YYY).  If the document entered in the journal entry line does not exist, the above warning appears. 

The journal entry line is displayed regardless of the message and you can proceed with work..

In such a case the document in question is either outdated, that is it does not exist in the database or you selected a posting where you will not get the internal Pantheon document in the Document field (e.g. set-off). It is recommended to check whether the posting is correct.
